New 3 shifts to new culture Operation 💡🧹⚾️ by Leo



And if we establish 3 shifts as an operating culture formerly called work.

They could be called.

Day 1. 6am - 2pm. Rainbow Day
Day 2. 2pm. - 10pm Connection Day
Day 3. 10pm - 6am. Lunar day

Matchday 1 would have the traditional dynamics to which we have been accustomed.
Day 2 would have an additional 15% at the cost of day 1.
Day 3 would have a cost 30% higher than days 1 and 2.

However, the employer and the collaborator may agree on the conditions they consider and have agreed upon.

The incentive of the 3-day culture with the possibility of configuring the schedule in hours creates a dynamism in the economy that cannot go against people's quality of life. For example, a collaborator could not attend his physical job if he does not require a minimum operation of 4 hours when referring to the minimum wage.

In cases where the billing is for people who earn more than 3 minimum wages, that limit of hours may be reduced to a minimum of 3 continuous hours. And if there are 6 minimum wages, it would be a minimum of 2 continuous hours and if there are 9 minimum wages, it could be a minimum of 1 hour.


The versatility in hiring creates development mechanisms that were previously unimaginable.

Se podrían llamar.

Jornada 1. 6am   - 2pm.    Jornada Arcoíris
Jornada 2. 2pm.  - 10pm   Jornada Conexion 
Jornada 3. 10pm - 6am.    Jornada Lunada 

La jornada 1 tendría la dinámica tradicional a la cual hemos estado acostumbrados. 
La jornada 2 tendría 15% adicional al coste que la jornada 1.
La jornada 3 tendría un coste 30% superior que la jornada 1 y 2.

Sin embargo el empresario y el colaborador podrán acordar las condiciones que consideren y tengan pactadas. 

El incentivo de la cultura de 3 jornadas con la posibilidad de configurar el horario en horas crea un dinamismo en la economía que no puede ir en contra vía de la calidad de vida de las personas. Por ejemplo  un colaborador no podría asistir a su empleo físico si no requiere operación mínima de 4 horas cuando al salario mínimo se refiere.

En los casos en que la facturación sea para personas que ganen más de 3 salarios mínimos ese tope de horas podrá reducirse a 3 horas continúas mínimo. Y si son 6 salarios mínimos sería mínimo 2 horas continuas y si son 9 salarios mínimos podría ser 1 hora mínimo.


La versatilidad en la contratación crea mecanismos de desarrollo que antes era inimaginable.
